Brand Concepts Limited has received a report from Mr. Prateek Maheshwari, Member of promoter group pursuant to Regulation 10(7) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 (SEBI SAST Regulations) in relation to off market inter-se transfer by gift of 1,624,220 (Sixteen Lakhs Twenty-Four Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty) equity shares of the Company from Mr. Pradeep Maheshwari, the promoter of the Company.
