TruAlt Bioenergy Q4 net profit down 48.53% at Rs 56.73 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 56.73 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 110.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 48.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 32.92 per cent at Rs 603.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 899.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.90 per cent to Rs 472.24 crore from Rs 748.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 1.83 per cent at Rs 13.40 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 13.65 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 13.21 per cent to Rs 130.98 crore as against Rs 150.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 29.38 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 11.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 42.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 2143.12 per cent at Rs 22.27 crore (Mar'25 Rs -1.09 crore).
