Jindal Drilling And Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 22, 2026, recommended Final Dividend of 20% on equity shares i.e. INR 1.00 per equity share of face value of INR 5/- each, for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of members, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
