Vindhya Telelink Q4 net profit down 47.97% at Rs 19.85 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.85 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 38.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 47.97 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.33 per cent at Rs 1,005.02 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,230.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.23 per cent to Rs 934.41 crore from Rs 1,142.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 42.50 per cent at Rs 2.28 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 19.75 per cent to Rs 70.61 crore as against Rs 87.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.68 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 25.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 40.96 crore, while Taxation decreased by 53.73 per cent at Rs 6.08 crore (Mar'25 Rs 13.14 crore).
