Ajmera Realty & Infr Q4 net profit jumps 62.39% at Rs 46.46 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 46.46 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 28.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 165.90 per cent at Rs 313.76 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 118.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 210.81 per cent to Rs 228.63 crore from Rs 73.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.94 per cent at Rs 1.77 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.61 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 91.56 per cent to Rs 85.13 crore as against Rs 44.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 27.96 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 83.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 15.82 crore, while Taxation increased by 188.70 per cent at Rs 24.02 crore (Mar'25 Rs 8.32 crore).
