The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 6.23 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.31 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 93.38 per cent at Rs 2.42 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 36.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 72.06 per cent to Rs 10.18 crore from Rs 36.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 98.04 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5273.33 per cent to Rs -7.76 crore as against Rs 0.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 78224.39 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 38.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1206.25 per cent at Rs -1.77 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.16 crore).
