Apeejay Surrendra Pa Q4 net profit down 52.69% at Rs 12.95 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.95 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 27.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 52.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.63 per cent at Rs 171.49 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 167.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.22 per cent to Rs 121.69 crore from Rs 108.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 76.98 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 3.78 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 15.10 per cent to Rs 49.80 crore as against Rs 58.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.26 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 65.34 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.63 crore, while Taxation increased by 1.28 per cent at Rs 12.66 crore (Mar'25 Rs 12.50 crore).
