Empire Industries Q4 net profit zooms 326.80% at Rs 18.95 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.95 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 326.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.82 per cent at Rs 195.37 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 186.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.60 per cent to Rs 162.47 crore from Rs 170.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 65.12 per cent at Rs 5.68 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 3.44 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 104.73 per cent to Rs 32.90 crore as against Rs 16.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 95.36 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 22.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 151.46 per cent at Rs 5.18 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.06 crore).
