Esab India Q4 net profit down 8.18% at Rs 43.55 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.55 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 47.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.62 per cent at Rs 395.75 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 367.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.27 per cent to Rs 332.99 crore from Rs 301.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.12 per cent at Rs 1.74 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.05 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 4.55 per cent to Rs 62.76 crore as against Rs 65.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.30 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 71.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 6.89 per cent at Rs 16.14 crore (Mar'25 Rs 15.10 crore).
