The Board of Directors of Amines & Plasticizers Ltd. at its meeting held today viz., Thursday, May 28, 2026, have inter-alia approved re-appointment of M/s. N. J. Mahtani & Co., Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27 and re-appointment of M/s. A. G. Anikhindi & Co., Cost Accountants as Cost Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27, subject to ratification of remuneration by the Shareholders at the ensuing 51st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
