The Board of directors has approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026 along with Audit Report. The Board of directors recommended final dividend of 80%(Rs.8/-per equity share of Rs.10/-paid up)Subject to approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Rajesh Jacob as a Nominee Director of the company with effect from 28th may,2026 subject to the approval of shareholders. The board of directors approved the continuation of Mr. Mathew M cherian who will attain the age of 75 years on 07th September,2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the next General Meeting.
