EMS Q4 net profit down 88.45% at Rs 5.28 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.28 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 45.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 88.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 68.17 per cent at Rs 83.66 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 262.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 66.52 per cent to Rs 68.19 crore from Rs 203.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.89 per cent at Rs 2.79 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.72 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 73.86 per cent to Rs 15.47 crore as against Rs 59.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.86 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 330.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.57 per cent at Rs 8.36 crore (Mar'25 Rs 15.36 crore).
