Kothari Products posts Q4 net loss of Rs 19.00 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 19.00 crore compared to net profit of Rs 3.55 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 97.13 per cent at Rs 110.00 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 55.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 109.51 per cent to Rs 128.49 crore from Rs 61.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 97.48 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 15.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 234.36 per cent to Rs -18.49 crore as against Rs -5.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 69.63 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 162.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 125.77 per cent at Rs -1.01 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.92 crore).
