Bharat Coking Coal - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 20

We regret to inform that an unfortunate accident occurred on May 29, 2026, at about 12:00 noon at the New Benidih Hired Patch of Amalgamated Block-II OCP under Block-II OCP under Block -II Area of Bharat Coking Coal Limited(BCCL). \r\n\r\nAs per initial information, due to heavy thunderstorm activity accompanied by lighting and heavy rainfall, the edge if haul road slid, causing a passing dozer to topple down along with the sliding mass. During the accident, one dozer operator sustained fatal injuries. \r\n\r\nThe matter has been reported to the concern authorities. Further detailed investigation is being carried out to ascertain the exact cause and circumstances leading to the accident. \r\n\r\nOperation at New Benedih Patch have been stopped temporarily. However, other patches of mine are operating normally.
