NTPC commissions additional 34.4 MW solar capacity at Ramagundam

NTPC Ltd has announced the commercial commissioning of an additional 34.4 MW capacity at its 176 MW Solar PV Project in Ramagundam, Telangana, effective from 00:00 hours on May 29, 2026.

The newly commissioned capacity represents the second phase of the project and forms part of NTPC's ongoing efforts to expand its renewable energy portfolio.

Following the commissioning, the total installed capacity of the NTPC Group has increased to 90,807 MW, while its commercial capacity now stands at 88,927 MW.
