ITI posts Q4 net profit of Rs 375.36 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 375.36 crore compared to net loss of Rs 4.84 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.98 per cent at Rs 627.65 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,045.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 31.20 per cent to Rs 738.79 crore from Rs 1,073.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 62.52 per cent at Rs 13.24 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 35.33 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 294.39 per cent to Rs -111.14 crore as against Rs -28.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 558.36 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 77.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 80.82 crore
