Agarwal Indl. Corpn. Q4 net profit down 25.86% at Rs 13.22 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.22 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 17.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 55.36 per cent at Rs 327.81 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 734.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 55.81 per cent to Rs 313.41 crore from Rs 709.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 32.12 per cent at Rs 7.98 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 6.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 42.54 per cent to Rs 14.41 crore as against Rs 25.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.36 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 45.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.38 per cent at Rs 4.56 crore (Mar'25 Rs 6.03 crore).
