The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.26 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 73.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.34 per cent at Rs 175.58 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 154.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.93 per cent to Rs 175.21 crore from Rs 148.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 172.68 per cent at Rs 10.58 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 3.88 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 94.16 per cent to Rs 0.37 crore as against Rs 6.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 94.88 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 41.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.38 crore, while Taxation decreased by 90.32 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.93 crore).
