The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.63 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 26200.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 32000.00 per cent at Rs 9.63 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 30000.00 per cent to Rs 6.02 crore from Rs 0.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 36000.00 per cent to Rs 3.61 crore as against Rs 0.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.17 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.89 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
