This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is not required to submit \Disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the Half Year ended 31st March, 2026\ as per Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This non-applicability is effective from 01st April, 2024 (F.Y. 2024-25).
