Ather Energy - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited (\The Company\) have vide circular resolution passed on May 30, 2026, alloted 1,38,434 equity shares of face value of INR 1/- each to eligible ESOP holders who have exercised their stock options under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 Plan. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
