Soma Textiles & Ind. Q4 net profit zooms 1933.33% at Rs 4.88 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.88 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1933.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 1213.18 per cent at Rs 50.82 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 771.35 per cent to Rs 47.14 crore from Rs 5.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 87.18 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 338.96 per cent to Rs 3.68 crore as against Rs -1.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 118.20 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 83.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 208.08 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.99 crore).
