Bang Overseas Q4 net profit up 14.09% at Rs 2.51 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.51 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.09 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.06 per cent at Rs 58.03 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.88 per cent to Rs 54.02 crore from Rs 46.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 32.14 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 59.13 per cent to Rs 4.01 crore as against Rs 2.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 33.40 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 44.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.68 crore, while Taxation decreased by 783.33 per cent at Rs -0.41 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.06 crore).
