The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.33 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 81.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 66.46 per cent at Rs 22.08 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 65.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 66.52 per cent to Rs 22.59 crore from Rs 67.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 91.07 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 5.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 69.09 per cent to Rs -0.51 crore as against Rs -1.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.60 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 177.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs -0.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 88.24 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.68 crore).
