Donear Industries Q4 net profit zooms 217.90% at Rs 5.15 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 217.90 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.25 per cent at Rs 238.97 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 257.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.53 per cent to Rs 230.82 crore from Rs 244.34 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 223.10 per cent at Rs 9.37 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.90 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 38.81 per cent to Rs 8.15 crore as against Rs 13.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 34.04 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 20.10 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.44 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.18 per cent at Rs 2.11 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.82 crore).
