The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 4.26 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 11.75 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 78.21 per cent at Rs 2.55 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 75.51 per cent to Rs 2.76 crore from Rs 11.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 1100.00 per cent at Rs -1.60 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 148.84 per cent to Rs -0.21 crore as against Rs 0.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 321.89 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 12.17 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 520.00 per cent at Rs -0.21 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.05 crore).
