IFGL Refractories - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, kindly be informed that vide letter dated 27th April, 2026, Mr Wayne Vardy has tendered his resignation as Director of Material Subsidiary of the Company, Monocon International Refractories Limited (hereon 'MIRL') due to personal reasons. His resignation has been accepted and consequently he has ceased to be Director of MIRL with effect from 31st May, 2026.
