Intellect Design Arena launches AI-Native Digital Banking Platform for UK and Europe

Intellect Design Arena has launched its new AI Digital Banking Platform, specifically designed to help digital-first and challenger banks establish AI-native banking operations across the UK and Europe.

The platform is built to address key challenges faced by emerging digital banks, incorporating insights from extensive research that identified numerous operational, customer acquisition, credit, and compliance-related friction points. Unlike traditional banking systems where AI is added later, the new platform integrates artificial intelligence at its core from the outset.

Designed around seven key dimensions—customer engagement, business operations, risk and compliance, knowledge management, intelligence, and technology—the solution enables banks to launch products quickly while delivering highly personalized customer experiences. Features include natural language-based navigation, autonomous processing, dynamic product bundling, and automated operational workflows.

The platform has also been developed to meet major regulatory requirements across the UK and Europe, including compliance with the EU AI Act, General Data Protection Regulation, DORA, PSD3, and UK Open Banking standards.

Available on Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure, the platform aims to help new challenger banks accelerate their market entry, with implementation timelines targeted at approximately 12 to 16 weeks.

The launch strengthens Intellect Design Arena's position in the growing AI-driven banking technology space and reflects increasing demand for digital-first banking solutions in mature financial markets.
