Steel Strips Wheels Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Resignation of Mr Mohan Joshi as Executive Director of the company w.e.f. Jun 03, 2026.Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 {SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015), it is informed that Sh. Mohan Joshi, (DIN: 07526082), who occupies the post of Deputy Managing Director (Executive Director) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the said post and directorship of the Company in order to attend to his personal health and dedicate himself more towards his family. The said resignation shall be effective from the close of business hours of 03.06.2026.
