Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform the exchange that, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited ('IL JIN'), a Material Subsidiary of the Company, in collaboration with Singularity Des Electronics Private Limited has incorporated a company in India namely 'ILJIN Technologies Private Limited ('ILJIN Technologies'). In view of the foregoing ILJIN Technologies is classified as the subsidiary of IL JIN and consequently a step-down subsidiary of Amber.
