Atul Auto appoints Piyush Mistry as Senior Management Personnel

Atul Auto Limited has announced the appointment of Piyush Mistry as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company, effective June 8, 2026.

Mistry, who has joined the company as Head – Human Resource, Employee Relations and Administration, has been designated as part of the senior management team in accordance with the disclosure requirements under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The appointment is part of the company's management structure and leadership team strengthening initiatives.
