Crizac - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

We wish to inform you that Crizac Limited has entered into definitive agreement to invest an aggregate amount of approximately Rs. 1,24,76,944/- (Rupees one Crore Twenty Four Lakhs Seventy Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Four) in Edument Consultancy Private Limited by way of acquisition of Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) and Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCD) from the existing investors, in one or more tranches, subject to terms and conditions contained in the definitive agreement.
