Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a multi-year partnership with Elopak ASA to modernize and manage the company's global IT operations.
As part of the agreement, TCS will serve as Elopak's strategic IT partner, helping transform its IT landscape through a process-centric operating model aimed at improving agility, operational efficiency, and digital experience. The engagement will leverage TCS' AI-first approach, including its proprietary Cognix™ platform, to deploy advanced analytics and automation capabilities.
The transformation programme will include the modernization of end-to-end IT services, establishment of an integrated service desk, and upgrades to key enterprise applications. The initiative is expected to support Elopak's long-term strategy of driving growth, enhancing sustainability, and strengthening its leadership in paper-based packaging solutions.
The partnership further strengthens TCS' presence in the Nordic region and reinforces its position as a digital transformation partner for global enterprises seeking AI- and cloud-led innovation.
