Wipro - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

Please refer to the letter dated June 18, 2026 informing that Wipro Limited would acquire an additional 20% stake in Aggne Global IT Services Private Limited and that the transaction was expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.\r\n\r\nIn continuation to the aforesaid letter, it is hereby informed that the said transaction has been completed on June 18, 2026. The Company received intimation to this effect on June 19, 2026.
