Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Sanjay Malhotra on Tuesday inaugurated the new campus building of the Centre for Advanced Financial Research and Learning (CAFRAL).

Addressing the gathering, the Governor congratulated CAFRAL, an institution promoted by the RBI, on moving to its own dedicated premises. He highlighted the growing importance of continuous learning, capacity building, and high-quality research in addressing the evolving challenges of the financial sector.

CAFRAL aims to emerge as a global centre of excellence in banking, finance, and macroeconomics, while contributing to policy formulation and strengthening leadership capabilities across India's financial ecosystem.
