Hindustan Copper gets forest clearance for Chandmari Mine in Rajasthan

Hindustan Copper Ltd has received forest clearance from the Forest Department, Government of Rajasthan, for its Chandmari Copper Mine located in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan.

The clearance, granted through a letter dated June 19, 2026, and received by the company on June 23, 2026, is co-terminus with the lease period of the mining project.

The approval is expected to support the continued operations and development of the Chandmari copper mine, strengthening the company's mining activities in the state.
