PAKKA LIMITED has informed the Exchange regarding allotment of 5000 securities pursuant to Non Convertible Securities at its meeting held on Jun 25, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Allotment of the Tranche 2 of unlisted, secured, unrated, redeemable non-convertible debentures ( NCDs ) of face value of INR 1,00,000, on a private placement basis, aggregating up to INR 50 Crores (Indian Rupees Fifty Crores Only) against the total issue of INR 540 Crores approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 26th May, 2026.
