Jonjua Overseas files EOI for Soni Soya Products under insolvency process

Jonjua Overseas Limited has submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the insolvency resolution process of Soni Soya Products Limited, a listed company based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The move aligns with Jonjua Overseas' strategy of investing in and reviving financially stressed companies under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016. The company believes the proposed acquisition could strengthen its presence in Central India and expand its business footprint.
