Fortis Healthcare board approves two-year extension for MD & CEO Ashutosh Raghuvanshi

Fortis Healthcare Ltd has approved the reappointment of Ashutosh Raghuvanshi as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) for a further two-year term, effective March 19, 2027.

The company's Board of Directors approved the proposal at its meeting on Wednesday, ahead of the expiry of Raghuvanshi's current tenure on March 18, 2027, according to a regulatory filing.

Fortis Healthcare said the decision was taken in recognition of Raghuvanshi's leadership, expertise, and significant contribution to the company's growth. The reappointment is subject to the necessary statutory and shareholder approvals.
