3i Infotech's Thailand unit bags Rs 3 cr contract from Krung Thai Bank

3i Infotech Ltd has announced that its wholly owned step-down subsidiary, 3i Infotech (Thailand) Ltd, has secured a contract worth THB 10.54 million (approximately Rs 3 crore) from Krung Thai Bank Public Company Ltd., Thailand.

The 15-month contract, running from June 24, 2026, to September 20, 2027, involves deploying skilled professionals in full-stack development, Java backend, Angular frontend, DevOps, quality assurance, business analysis, and solution architecture to support the bank's application development, testing, and digital transformation initiatives.

The company said the disclosure has been made voluntarily, as the contract value is below the materiality threshold prescribed under SEBI regulations.
