Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been appointed as the technology and innovation partner for The New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport in New York.
Under the strategic partnership, TCS will help build an intelligent, digitally enabled airport by providing technology solutions across passenger processing, AI-driven IT operations, infrastructure management, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity.
The collaboration is part of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's $19 billion redevelopment of JFK Airport, aimed at creating a world-class international gateway. TCS will deploy its Cognix™ and ignio™ platforms to enhance airport operations, improve passenger experience, streamline baggage handling, strengthen security, and enable real-time decision-making for airlines.
The companies said the partnership is expected to improve operational efficiency, lower costs for airlines, and deliver a seamless travel experience for passengers.
