Mr. Akash Parmar has resigned as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company w.e.f. July 15, 2026. The designation of Mr. Ravikumar Patel has been changed to Executive Director from Non-Executive Director and he has been appointed as Managing Director of the company w.e.f. July 15, 2026 subject to approval of the Shareholders in ensuing Annual general Meeting. Moreover, Mr. Purvikkumar Bhagvanbhai Patel has been appointed as Executive Director of the company subject to approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting. And he has also been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
