Anupam Rasayan India Ltd has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with BASQUEVOLT, S.A., a Spain-based developer of solid-state lithium batteries, to explore the potential long-term supply of a specialty chemical product.

The proposed arrangement spans up to 10 years and has the potential to generate cumulative revenue of $300 million. The company clarified that the LOI is preliminary and non-binding, with any future supplies subject to the successful completion of product development and the execution of a definitive supply agreement.

The partnership aligns with Anupam Rasayan's strategy to strengthen its presence in the electronic chemicals segment and capitalize on opportunities in advanced manufacturing and technology-driven industries.
