QGO Finance - Redemption Of 100 Unlisted Unsecured Redeemable\r\nNon-Convertible Debentures (Ncds)

The Company has redeemed 100 Unsecured Redeemable NCDs of face value Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Only) on July 16, 2026. The Principal along with the applicable interest has been duly paid to the NCD holder through RTGS on the same date.
