The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 100.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 80.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.92 per cent at Rs 603.74 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 559.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.12 per cent to Rs 467.31 crore from Rs 448.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1.84 per cent at Rs 28.26 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 27.75 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.32 per cent to Rs 136.43 crore as against Rs 110.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.31 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 6.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 25.11 per cent at Rs 33.48 crore (Jun'25 Rs 26.76 crore).
