We wish to inform that the Board of Directors today, on the recommendation of Risk Management Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Amol Padhye as Chief Risk Officer (CRO-Designate) of the Bank, categorized as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Padhye will take charge as CRO with effect from September 1, 2026, on completion of tenure of Mr. Deepak Jain, the incumbent CRO on August 31, 2026.
