Marico has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended June 30, 2026

As of June 2026, 58.92% is owned by Indian Promoters, 40.91% by Public and 0.17% by Non Promoters-Non Public.

Institutional holds 36.42% (Insurance Companies 4.31%) and Non-Institutional holds 4.49% as Public shareholders.
