Oberoi Realty has declared 20% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2027

Oberoi Realty Ltd. on Friday, 17 July 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 20 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 23 July 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 23 July 2026.

The last five dividends are 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 May 2026), 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 23 January 2026), 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 October 2025), 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 25 July 2025) and 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 05 May 2025).
