Mr. Suveer Sheopuri, Business Marketing head - 2W Vertical\r\n4. Mr. Pramod Saini, Business Marketing head - 4W (Group 2)\r\n\r\nas Senior Management Personnel of the Company w.e.f July 20, 2026 and also the proposal to approve the cessation of Mr. Norihisa Sato, Executive Vice President - Global Relations Department, as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from July 20, 2026.
