Canara HSBC Life Q1 net profit up 20.21% at Rs 28.14 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.14 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 23.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.83 per cent at Rs 2,047.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,653.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.50 per cent to Rs 4,310.89 crore from Rs 3,637.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 351.98 per cent at Rs 32.00 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 7.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 743.64 per cent to Rs 39.97 crore as against Rs -6.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 613.16 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 27.17 per cent at Rs 3.37 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.65 crore).
